We believe fitness is important for employees in achieving good health, preventing serious disease, and better managing existing health conditions.

Wellness Rewards Program

Active benefits-eligible employees who elect Cigna medical insurance through ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ may participate in the Cigna Healthcare Wellness Experience (PDF). Choose your wellness journey and earn rewards along the way, up to $100 annually. The Wellness Experience lets you set achievable goals by earning points for healthy activities such as completing a health assessment or a digital coaching journey. 

Get started with these simple steps:

  1. Set up your profile today on myCigna.com© or by downloading the myCigna® app.
  2. Select the Wellness tab to enroll.
  3. Go to Rewards → How to Earn to see a list of qualifying activities to earn Wellness Rewards, up to $100.
  4. Don’t forget to turn on notifications for the app to enable helpful reminders and information about upcoming opportunities — so you get the most out of your mobile experience.

The Cigna Wellness Rewards Program is available only to employees.

As part of our dedication to promoting a healthy environment, ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ became a 100% tobacco-free and smoke-free campus in 2014

³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s policy makes all University campuses smoke and tobacco-free, including personal vehicles parked on ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ property. Smoking of tobacco or other substances and use of all tobacco products will not be permitted anywhere and anytime on the University campuses.
