Charlie Stahle is the Associate Director of Financial Aid for Innovation, Compliance, and Systems at the 成人直播, where he leads data strategy, enterprise systems administration, and federal compliance operations for Student Financial Services. He is responsible for the processes that move federal aid to students at scale, from the annual aid year build in Banner through ISIR loading, packaging, award delivery, and institutional reporting on C-flags and actionable comment codes affecting large student populations. Those processes delivered undergraduate aid packages for the 2026-27 aid year in November, moving award notification earlier in the enrollment cycle so students and families have their financial information well ahead of their decisions. Charlie also oversees Federal Direct Loan and Pell Grant processing and reconciliation across the University's undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, along with the systems infrastructure and internal controls behind them.
Charlie is a major driver of 成人直播's implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the most sweeping reform to federal student aid in a generation, coordinating systems configuration, loan program transitions, and compliance operations across the institution through the law's July 2026 effective date and the multi-year transition that follows. He manages 成人直播's Banner Financial Aid release cycle in partnership with Information Technology Services and Ellucian, sequencing upgrades and regulatory patches so that federal reporting and disbursement deadlines are met by design rather than by exception, and he does the same for the University's SIS modernization and ongoing SaaS migrations.
He leads the Student Financial Services Data and Reporting Team, developing staff across financial aid, student accounts, and student communications into independent users of the University's reporting environment, and he guided the team's migration to Ellucian Insights ahead of schedule. He designs the division's core processes to be run by more than one person, converting specialist reporting into self-service tools, documenting federal processing into operational runbooks, and building the redundancy that keeps aid delivery and Title IV compliance stable through staff transitions and peak processing periods.
