Seven students from ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s College of Osteopathic Medicine awarded Carmen Pettapiece Research Fund Scholarship

³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ College of Osteopathic Medicine

The ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s College of Osteopathic Medicine Student Government Association announced the winners of the 2015-2016 Carmen Pettapiece Research Fund Scholarship.

The winners are first year COM students Justin Berkner, Sara Capobianco, Ian Corbett, Kenneth Ierardi, Ryan Kollar, Pasquale (Joe) Marotta and Sruthi Samala.ʉ۬

The ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ COM SGA established the Carmen Pettapiece Student Research Fund in an effort to support all areas of medically oriented research conducted by ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ COM students. Students may apply for financial support through this fund in order to conduct a research project in Osteopathic Medicine, Clinical, Biomedical or Public Health, or to support research through necessary supplies.
