COP/CEN faculty member Karen Houseknecht, Ph.D., presents research findings at The Broad Institute at MIT and Harvard

Karen L. Houseknecht, Ph.D., Professor in the College of Pharmacy gave an invited talk to the Chemical Biology Department at The Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA on July 14, 2011. The title of Dr. Houseknecht鈥檚 presentation was: "Exploring the link between antipsychotic drugs and metabolic/endocrine side effects in patients: Uncovering the mechanisms". The presentation highlighted Dr. Houseknecht鈥檚 work with collaborators Alan Robertson and Hans Rollema (Pfizer), Cliff Rosen and Katherine Motyl (Maine Medical Center Research Institute) and Ann Maloney (University of Massachusetts Medical Center).
