Saturday recognition of 2-year mark of Lewiston shooting, at 成人直播 Art Gallery PC
You are invited to the 成人直播 Art Gallery Portland during our open hours of 12-5 this Saturday, October 25th for a self-directed art activity in conjunction with 鈥淯nspoken Resilience: Healing from the Lewiston Shooting Two Years In鈥.
This Saturday, we recognize the 2-year mark of the shooting that ended the lives of 4 Deaf Mainers, injured and traumatized many others, and impacted people in Deaf communities worldwide. At the same time, we celebrate Deaf resilience and creativity. With an activity designed by co-curator Michelle Ames, we will be spreading awareness about De鈥橵IA art through take-home coloring pages with De鈥橵IA drawings by Deaf artists (Arnaud Balard, David Call, Betty G. Miller, and Nancy Rourke), and crayons to color with. Come learn, color, and find inspiration in Deaf history and experience.
